Hi, I’m Kylie

As an accredited Nutritionist and advocate for women’s wellness, my passion lies in empowering women in their prime — and especially those navigating the often-overlooked complexities of perimenopause and menopause amongst women who have always been driven to succeed. 

Juggling roles as a mum of 3, a business owner, and navigating my own perimenopausal journey, I’ve firsthand experienced and overcome challenges like brain fog and low energy—barriers that directly impact productivity and decision-making in any professional setting.

Having successfully supported over 1,000 women, my approach zeroes in on symptoms most relevant to employee engagement and business performance. From combating brain fog and boosting energy and mood, to managing stress and enhancing concentration, I tackle these issues head-on, ensuring they no longer hinder career growth or workplace contribution.

I’m dedicated to transforming how organisations support women through perimenopause and menopause, turning these potential challenges into opportunities for continued professional development and success.
