Then it’s time for Weight Loss Wisdom to do its magic, expect to lose 8 – 10 kgs in 6 weeks during the rapid weight loss phase.
We then move into a maintenance phase and after 6 weeks, if you have more weight to lose, we head into another 6 week round until we reach your goal weight.
Weight Loss Wisdom runs for approx 3-6 weeks, depending on how much weight you have to lose, then we’ll put you on the maintenance plan for 12 weeks and ensure you are fully confident in maintaining your results.

hCG is a naturally occurring hormone in the body. The drops we use are a homeopathic proprietary blend of amino acids that mimic the effect of hCG, so you are NOT actually ingesting any hormones. The drops are not known to interfere with any medications or health conditions, so yes they are safe to take.
Sometimes the first few days can be challenging as your body (and mind) adjust to fewer calories, but once the drops start mobilising your fat stores you’ll have instant natural appetite control, as you are using your body fat as fuel and nourishment. Phase 1 and loading correctly can also help minimise hunger in the first few days.
Weight loss will vary from person to person, but most lose an average of 200 to 400 grams per day. While we encourage you to monitor this daily, fluctuations are normal and we need to consider the overall weight loss.
On average women can expect to lose 5-8kg in 21 days, and between 10-15kg in 40 days.
I’ll be as honest as I can. This is not an easy protocol (nor is it difficult once you’re in the swing of it) but it takes time to read and understand the process, organisation and discipline. This protocol is for those who’ve already done the hard yards for themselves, for those who’ve changed their diet, from processed foods, additives, flavourings and packaged foods and have at least five kilos or more to lose. If you want to take your health to the next level, and are committed to following the process, then this is for you.
A low calorie diet on it’s own will certainly help you lose weight in the short term, but the drops help to curb your appetite, support your energy levels and mobilise stubborn fat stores, so you are losing fat tissue, not lean muscle mass.
It all depends on how much weight you’d like to lose. On average women can expect to lose 5-8kg in 21 days, and between 10-15kg in 40 days. If you have more weight to lose, you come into the maintenance phase for a minimum of 21 days, then repeat the cycle as many times as you need to. You’re on the program for anywhere between 6-12 weeks (or longer if you have more weight to lose).

The short answer is no, especially during Phase 2 when your body is working its hardest to flush toxins and burn fat stores. 1-2 glasses, 1-2 times a week may be reintroduced later in Phase 4.
2 cups of black coffee and tea per day is fine. You can enjoy unlimited green tea, herbal teas, mineral water and water.
Phase 2 and 3 are completely gluten and dairy free. During Phase 1 and 4, you are able to choose a wider range of foods, but you can continue with gluten and dairy free whole foods.
Food addiction is very real, but proper loading in Phase 1 and a few days of the drops will stabilise your appetite and curb the desire for gluten, sugar and alcohol. Once these substances are flushed from the system, you won’t even miss them.
A natural herbal sweetener, such as stevia is recommended. No chemical sweeteners.
You can start anytime, but choose a time when you are least likely to be derailed by social events or engagements where you may be tempted to indulge.
For menstruating women, it’s best to start the day your period ends.
During Phase 1 (2 days), your goal is to eat as many healthy fats as possible. This will load your system with the energy and nutrients to get you through the first few days of Phase 2, which is the strict calorie controlled phase. You should aim for around 250 grams of fat each day, remembering to focus on fat, not sugar or starch.
You can eat salmon, nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocado, marbled meats, mayonnaise, eggs bene, dark chocolate, cheese, cream etc
Phase 2 is the strictest part of the program and lasts between 14-40 days, depending on how much weight you have to lose. In Phase 2 you can have 2-3 pieces of fruit and 2 meals of protein + veggies, plus unlimited salads, herbs and broths. Meal ideas and recipes are provided.
Straying from the strict program guidelines can certainly set you back, but don’t stress. Jump right back on that saddle ASAP and you should start to see your weight dropping again after a few days.
It’s recommended not to do strenuous exercise during Phase 2 & 3, as you are eating a fairly low calorie diet and using your body fat as fuel. To have a rigorous exercise program at this point means you run the risk of feeling hungry, and also you’re just not feeding your body correctly for your workouts. Remember this is just 21-40 days. You can resume your regular exercise in Phase 4.

As your body produces its own hCG during menstruation, you can stop taking the drops until your period ends. Simply continue on with the eating plan and recommence the drops once your period ends (or after the heaviest three days). Add the drop free days to the end of your overall days in phase 2.
Some women experience changes, even normalisation, to their menstrual cycle while on the program. After completing the program, long term benefits can be maintained with adherence to your lifetime strategies.
No, the drops and the low calorie protocol are unsuitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
There are no known contraindications with commonly prescribed medications.
You should never stop your medications, unless advised by your prescribing health care practitioner.
The drops do not interact with any type of birth control pills or other hormonal birth control.
The program can be done, usually with a marked improvement in blood glucose levels. However, it is recommended that you monitor your blood glucose levels very carefully. We also recommend an additional protein serve in the mornings, which may slow your results slightly, but ensures stability in your blood glucose levels. Our team is available to advise you in more detail.
We do have vegetarian options but please be aware that your choices of food will be limited.
Yes, as the drops are a homeopathic blend and not an actual hormone, it is 100% safe to do alongside HRT.
The program is designed to shift fat from fat cells for a rapid weight loss. If you have 5kg or less to lose, then the program isn’t recommended. If you would like hormonal support, then the Well Balanced Woman would be a more suitable option.
The homeopathic drops contain alcohol as a preservative and do not enter the bloodstream. However, they will register a positive reading, if taken within five minutes of a breath analyser test. This is due to alcohol residue in the mouth. A negative alcohol rating will be reached within 15 minutes of taking the drops.

No medications should be stopped without medical advice. Thyroid medication should be taken first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and is best to wait at least one hour before using your drops.

Low quality vitamins may interfere with the rate of weight loss, especially synthetic nutrients or if they contain hidden oils or sugars.
You can still maintain your daily routine as long as you use products that are completely oil free. The only exception is 100% jojoba. Jojoba is a wax, so it is not absorbed into your bloodstream, and won’t interfere with your weight loss goals.
