I feel better now than I did 10 years ago, but it took a lot of time and trial and error (LOTS of them) to get here.

I completely hit a wall, total burnout. Some days I couldn’t even get off the couch. 

Cooking dinner for my children was almost too hard. And I was a nightmare to live with.

How will the Well Balanced Woman program help me?

Have you ever laughed, coughed or sneezed and done a little wee...?? OK ladies, it's time to visit a pelvic floor physio. After a few recent "whoopsies" OK.. actually it's been about 10 years of whoopsies, I finally saw a pelvic floor physio and was diagnosed with a Stage 2 prolapse. I was reassured that it was normal for my age and due to having pushed 3 large babies out of my vagina. Best news though, all is not lost and I'm now armed with some strengthening exercises (completely opposiste to the old pelvic floor exercises we were given) which will help.
